The branch lost several fast movers in a single week while two large civils crews were buying in parallel. Counter staff were unsure which insert kits matched muddy samples from site.
Solution
We supplied a compatibility matrix for the top three pipe stamps seen locally, pre-bagged insert kits for those ODs, and a same-week top-up on bends and couplers most often paired with those inserts.
