Lead times and alternates
We will tell you when a factory slip makes an alternate sensible — and when it does not. If your customer's tender forbids alternates, say so early so we do not burn relationship capital on the wrong SKU.

Do you sell pallet quantities only?
We are wholesale-first. Some SKUs naturally move in packs or pallets; others suit branch cartons. Tell us your branch profile and we will propose sensible pack sizes.
How should we request a restock when the counter is bleeding?
Send a gap list with OD stamps and photos if compression is involved. We prioritise lines that keep contractors out of rework and align alternates if a factory is late.
Can we get min/max suggestions per SKU?
Yes for branches that share rolling sales data. We tune min/max seasonally rather than setting-and-forgetting.
What lead times should we quote downstream?
Quote what we confirm in writing for that week. National logistics and supplier waves change — we will not ask you to promise dates we cannot hold.
When should the branch phone instead of email?
Phone for same-day collection, urgent site stops, or when muddy samples need a live conversation. Email works well for BOM attachments and multi-line quotes.
Do you run counter training?
We can schedule short refreshers on HDPE drainage and compression identification — especially helpful after staff turnover.
